About ICTAACS 2025

The ICTAACS'25 like ICTAACS'23, ICTAACS'21, ICTAACS'19, CTAACS'12 and CTAACS'13 which are the previous editions, covers theoretical and practical aspects related to Computer Science. The aim of this conference is to give researchers the possibilty to share and exchange their new ideas, research results and experiences about different specialities of Computer Science.

The ICTAACS'25 will be held in Skikda, Algeria from 03-04 December 2025. It's co-organized by the Computer Science department of the 20 Août 1955-Skikda University, the LICUS (Laboratoire d'Informatique et de Communication de l'Université 20 Août 1955-Skikda), the MISC (laboratory of Modélisation et d'Implémentation de Systèmes Complexes, Abdelhamid Mehri-Constantine 2 University), the GLIA team of the LIRE (Laboratoire d'Informatique REpartie, Abdelhamid Mehri-Constantine 2 University) and by the LINFI (Laboratoire d'INFormatique Intelligente, Mohamed Khider-Biskra University).

The target audience for ICTAACS'25 ranges from Teacher-Researcher to PhD students and Master students. They will also be encouraged to present their research, to self-evaluate and to increase the visibility of their work within the IT community.

Welcome to ICTAACS 2025

The faculty of Sciences and the department of Computer Science warmly welcome all experts in the fields of Computer Science to attend the 3rd International Conference on Theoretical and Applicative Aspects of Computer Science (ICTAACS'25).

The Conference will be held in the 20 Août 1955-Skikda University, Algeria during 03rd - 04th December, 2025. This Conference will hopefully make an important platform for scientific discussions. Students and researchers are welcome to share their new research. The key intention of ICTAACS is to provide a good opportunity for the participants to share their ideas and experience with their peers. In addition this gathering will, hopefully, help the delegates to establish research or business relations as well as to find linkage for future collaborations in their career path. We hope that ICTAACS 2025 outcome will lead to contributions to the knowledge base in these up-to-date scientific fields in scope.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

All submissions must present original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere. Authors must explicitly highlight the differences between their current work and existing state-of-the-art approaches, including any of their own prior publications. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and any submission found to involve serious plagiarism will be automatically rejected without review. The evaluation of a paper’s contribution is the most critical aspect of the review process. Papers with minimal or unclear contributions are likely to be recommended for rejection. Researchers are therefore encouraged to submit work that offers a clear, novel, and significant contribution to the state of the art. Both theoretical and practical contributions are welcome. The related work section should discuss and compare existing methods to the proposed approach, clearly emphasizing the novelty and innovation of the current work. Authors must also acknowledge and discuss the technical limitations of their approach and offer an unbiased assessment of both its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the quality of writing is of great importance. Authors are encouraged to carefully revise their manuscripts and minimize grammatical and typographical errors. We strongly recommend the use of professional automated proofreading tools prior to submission.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers related to the conference topics. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the program committee. Papers must be written in English and should not exceed 8 double-column pages in IEEE format, with the option to include up to 2 additional pages subject to extra fees. Manuscripts must adhere to the IEEE formatting guidelines for two-column conference proceedings, and authors are required to submit a blind version of their papers, ensuring that all identifying information is removed. Official IEEE templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX are available . Submissions should be made through the CMT Microsoft system, accessible via the ICTAACS'25 submission page . Only papers that have not been previously published or presented in any form will be considered for acceptance. Before submitting your paper, you must create a CMT author account.
